Can I cancel my order?

Certainly! You can cancel your order for prints and frames as long as production hasn't begun. Once production starts, the order moves through several automated processes and gets scheduled with our shipping partners, making it difficult to cancel. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to halt the production and issue a full refund.

My item did not arrive or it arrived damaged, or I was sent the wrong item?

Our courier partners and all the employees at DontStayPositive are only human, so occasionally mistakes can happen. It's very rare, but if it happens to you, we're very sorry. Just notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we'll rectify it by sending a free replacement.

As part of our guarantee, if an artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll gladly send an express replacement at no additional cost (it helps if you provide a few photos of the damage or issues).

If you receive an incorrect item and prefer a refund, that's no problem. The incorrect item will need to be returned, but we'll cover the postage cost.

For orders not delivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or customer-related issues (such as providing an incomplete address or not collecting the parcel), the customer will be required to cover all outbound shipping costs.

I ordered a print or frame and changed my mind

Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide you with the return address. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unmarked, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. As a small independent business, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. For framed artworks and already exchanged items, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. For your protection, please return your goods via recorded or registered post. Refunds for purchases made with gift card credit will be issued as credit. This does not affect your statutory legal rights.

I ordered DontStayPositive merch and want to return it

Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll process your return. Items must be returned to our returns address. To be eligible, the item must be unmarked, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. As a small independent business, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. This does not affect your statutory legal rights.

I would like to return an order that benefited from our Referral Program

We love when you share your passion for art with friends! To show our appreciation, we offer a referral reward program. When you refer a friend to DontStayPositive, you both receive rewards—your friend gets a discount on their stunning contemporary art, and you earn a thank-you coupon from us. It's our way of saying 'thanks' for spreading the word.

Orders benefiting from the Referral Program can be returned under the same terms outlined in the "I ordered a print or frame and changed my mind" section above. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order or a refund if we detect clear evidence of abuse or fraudulent use of the Referral Program, such as self-referral. This ensures fairness and the continued generosity of our referral rewards.
